Fat Burning

The FitBodyZone Paradigm

Understanding how to be successful at weight loss is a lot more than just diet and exercise. How many times have you or someone you know set out on a diet and fitness regimen only to see no results, or worse yet, realize great results in the short term only to be back at square one a year or two later.

There are several things we can do as human beings to SIGNIFICANTLY increase our likelihood of succeeding in accomplishing our weight loss goals. These “tricks” are applicable not only to fat burning and fitness, but across our lives for any task we see fit. What can we do to help ourselves lose weight and get in shape? One of the biggest things we can do is INVEST in OURSELVES.

If you are looking to lose weight without spending a dime, we understand. Things are rough and extra expenses are potentially out of the question. But understand this before moving forward. We are much more likely to lose weight and keep it off if we are backing our efforts with actions. Making a financial decision on the back of our weight loss efforts helps lock in our brains and our efforts on a whole new level. If you have spent some money on some new workout clothes, some training guides and a monthly gym membership are you more or less likely to eat right and exercise? The answer should be obvious to you. You are MUCH more likely to change your habits when you start tying these decisions together. So while this may seem out of the ordinary, Fit Body Zone recommends making a financial investment in beginning your weight loss journey as well as a time investment. There are many great books and training manuals available in bookstores and online for you to choose from. We recommend 2 here at Fit Body Zone and have personally reviewed each. We have chosen them on several criteria.

1. If you follow the advice they contain, they work!
2. These are broad books of knowledge which will be helpful for a wider range of our readers.

That being said, with enough research and time investment the majority of the knowledge in these books, and any weight loss plan, book, or manual for that matter are freely available online and at the library. We acknowledge this and are making these recommendations to save you time as the research has already been done and is well presented. If you check out a library book, what is the external motivation pushing you to put the knowledge into action? Purchase a book or manual… IT WILL HELP! This is all about taking action and doing something. The more reasons you have, the better.
